    Tomorrow is my last physican supervised appointment then I will be able to submit to my insurance for approval im so excited and I must say these 3 appointment have gone by rather quickly.... let me know if you guys have any advice for me moving forward!!!

    I have told probably anyone who will listen that I am having this surgury because im proud of myself for taking this very large step to change me life and to be healthier. People have this preconceived notion that getting a weight loss surgury is "cheating" or the "easy" way out. Well I call that bs we still have to make life changes and stick with it. Be proud you are strong enough to follow through with this because there are many others who can not!!!!
