Cold Medicines--What do you take and how do they affect you?

This week I've been taking Tylenol Cold Multi-symptom...it's a liquid. But it makes me sick at my stomach. Any suggestions? I've tried on empty and non-empty stomach.

Pre-surgery I always took Nyquil, but I heard it no longer has a decongestant (and they removed the "stuffy-head" part out of their slogan so I guess it's true).

I like Thera-Flu. Little packets you put into hot Water and drink. Nice on scratchy throat, fast acting. Some people say they taste awful but a little sweetener might help that out. I drink it straight after all these years.

Hope you feel better! :):o
