The new jeans are a 12! I'm still fat but not that fat anymore.

You know what? It's a tired old saying but...

If I can do it, anyone can!! I mean it. look at all the hard days I've had I've been here whining and SLOWLY losing, f**king up crying wishing and all along its been happening right underneath my own nose... Sometimes you have to take a step back and look how far you have come instead of looking at how far you have to go ( I know another tired old saying) :D

I wish I had taken before pictures but I didn't.. Today trying on those pants were hilarious though. My husband just got home and I put them back on. He said "what the heck are those" lol we both couldn't believe I used to wear them. Hehehe :D

Looking good in those jeans girl! When I get irritated I try on clothes and see what fits and what doesn't (too big)I can remember trying to squeeze my A**into a 14 at Anerican Eagle and being upset because they didn't fit and I had to go online to order their fat girl sized jeans and now I have 10s that are too big :) It is totally worth not being able to eat bread or rice or whatever anymore!

Amy those first pants were a 22 do you hear me!!! I was huge not that long ago! You remember when I first came here I was wearing those !

Oh and girl I caught a good angle on the new pants pic. hehe....

Can you guys keep a secret??? After to talking to John up there I was walking past the hall upstairs and I have a growing pile of clothes that are meant to be thrown out. I pulled out from that pile a pair of pants that I wore before the surgery

And put them on:D I'm glad I didn't eat that stupid egg!! Then I put on my newest jeans after:D yes f**k that egg!

You are one skinny bee-aaarch. Stop your whineing mama you are gorgeous!!!!

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
