What I can eat at Subway 4 months out

Hey.. I went to Denny's school :P

My kids refer to it as Denny University, but heck, it paid my way through years of college. Ahhh.. Yesteryears!

The flatbread is 220 calories. Exactly the same as 6" Parmesan Oregano. That's just the bread.< /p>

I work at subway (part time while attending school) and I find myself tempted..I try to stick with 3" on flatbread. I had the BBQ last night..about 1.5"

just had it for lunch.. roasted chicken and got about 2 inches down. is it real chicken? I chewed and chewed and chewed and it didn't break down like regular chicken. next time I will do roast beef.

3 inch steak eggwhite and cheese on flatbread. Loaded with veggies less than 200 cal
