I have turned all of the requirements for the insurance approval and I cannot get the surgery coordinator to answer emails or questions that I have. I am really getting disgusted. I have called and every time I do the rec. person takes a message and I have yet to be called back. I am seriously considering going through another group of surgeons. If you all have any suggestions for surgeons (Bcbs preferred) in Birmingham AL, I would appreciate the info. Thanks!

I would try one more call to the receptionist and tell them what you are considering. You have patiently waited and no one has called you back. At the very least someone should let you know what is going on. Good luck to you.
