Can I crush my chewable vitamins?

Can I crush my chewable vitamins and eat in yogurt?..they make me nauseous plus they're gross..

I would think so. Whether you crush them with your teeth or something else shouldn't make a difference. Mixing it with food also shouldn't make a difference since it all lands in the same spot.

I went straight into a gummy vitamin, after trying several chewables...ugh!

How many times a day do you take them? If only once, try taking them at night before you go to sleep.

I would check that they have the same Vitamins. I read somewhere on this board that the gummys don't have one of the B vitamins and that is why they don't taste as bad.

I crush mine everyday and do in my shake never even know its there :)

I eat Fred, Barney, Wilma, Betty or Bam Bam 2x day.

Lol..i tasted my kids flintstone Vitamins and they taste better than my chewable Centrum..
