Im in HEDouble Hockey Sticks...

10 days into my pre-op diet and they are having a catered (by the best caterer in town!) open bar event at my showroom. This food smells so @&$@!?$ good I want to eat the whole tray. I hiding in my cubicle but soon my boss will drag me out right in front of it. I think if I can get trough this I can get through anything!

If u use control and portion Size u will be fine! It's something we all have to learn. It's mostly all mental and I have faith in u. :).
