feb 2013 sleevers weigh in

Recommended Posts

Sleeved 2/28/13

Pre-Op weight 183 (No pre-op diet)

I reached my goal weight of 130 this weekend!!! I am so excited. It is such a huge milestone. I am 5'2 1/2

I feel like I can still lose some more therefore I've set a new goal weight of 120. I don't want to be anything under 120 because I am curvy and anything under 120 will make me look too thin.

I was sleeved feb 21st. Started at 258. Am now 195. Down 63. But it isn't as easy anymore. I find myself wanting food now. Alot. Ugh. But so happy with what I've lost so far

Sleeved 2/13 down 60. Yay!

highest 243

cw 183

5"9'

Question, anyone want to stay at the weight they're at. I like this stage. In a 12/14. No belly at all and pants fit really nicely. I'm starting, however to not like the loose skin happening on my thighs and arms. If I go to goal then it will really hang, but I feel almost guilty not wanting to go lower. Anyone relate?

I am at the same stats. However I want to be lower. Loving the 12 pants and large dress size. I've been depressed cause I thought I'd be lighter with a 6 week stall.

5 months post op on Monday, 7/22. Down exactly 70 pounds. 65 to go. Now, if I can only get myself to exercise in 100 degree heat!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
