Does anyone have a link to websites with good exercises to tighten and tone? Especially with the stretch bands?

Sherrie/skinnyminded.

I came on here just now looking to see if it was normal to be feeling hungry at just under 3 weeks... I can't stand to eat my shake in the morning and I feel full easy .. but it

doesnt last.

I was sleeved march 19 and post/pre I am 18 lbs down.. I am so worried feeling hungry like this is not normal.

For those who were sleeved in early march... how was it at weeks 3 and 4 for you?

I am in the dreaded and predictable "3-week plateau." I was sleeved on March 11th, lost a pound a day for three weeks, then, for the last week, zero, zilch, nada. Can't wait to get back to the previous pace, or even justo consistent loss. I've read a lot about the plateau, somI knew it was coming, but I still don't like it.

I was sleeved March 4th and lost 22 lbs in my first 3 weeks. This past week and a half I haven't lost a thing. Just gaining and losing the same couple of pounds over and over again. Maybe it's because of soft foods but I don't know. I'm getting my 60g of Protein but definitely not getting all of my Water in. I'm also hungry now' date=' mostly in the middle of the night. My daughter will wake up for a bottle and I'll have to eat a few spoonfuls of yogurt to go back to sleep. Definitely can't wait for the scale to start moving again.[/quote']

Me too, EXACTLY! Lost a pound a day for three weeks since surgery on March 11th, then nothing for the past week...total straight-line plateau!

Me too. The 3 week stall is driving me bats!!t. Hoping to get the scale moving again any day. Other than that I feel pretty good. Have been tired since the very 1st day but is gets slightly better all the time. I may feel like my normal self very soon. I am tolerating most anything I've tried to eat and the restriction is great. Maybe even more restriction than I had planned on.

I finally started losing again...I hope. I lost 2 lbs in the last 3 days. I don't know if it's gonna go up and down again but I'll take what I can get.

Could you put the link in a message in here' date=' I don't know which is the correct forum…I can't find one[/quote']

I cant put a link in on my mobile sorry! Under Forums then look for the heading gastric sleeve surgery support groups then it's listed as Self-Pay & Mexico Vertical Sleeve Surgery (New Forum). Hope this helps!

Little bummed only lost 6lbs in the last two weeks since surgery. Considering what I have eaten or haven't eaten thought that it would be more. Also have been walking an hour a day since Friday. Seems like the last week I've lost like nothing. Last day of full liquid. Tomorrow I start on pureed. Well hopefully things will speed up.

You may have lost inches! Don't fret! That is 6 lbs you'll never see again! Put the scale away too & only do it like 1x a month so u dont get discouraged if u don't see it moving every single day. Chin up! I'm a slow loser & I've accepted that but a loser nonetheless!

I also have only lost 6 pounds since surgery 2 weeks ago. I gained 9 while in the hospital and it took over a week to lose the Water weight. But I'm not worried....taking in only 600 cal/a day, it's got to come off!

Surgery on 3/19 wt 258

2 days ago I was at 236 for the past week

I was in a stall but I got sick, thought it was my sleeve, pain nausea, throwing up and diarrhea... Was in the hospital for a night, took every test possible, barium, (NASTY) contrast CT, blood, stool, you name it. I was scared! But lo and behold, it was just a typical stomach virus. Probably caught from one of my students. :-/

Current weight, 230! Not the best way to get out of a stall...

Everyone is doing well. Very happy for you all, slow or fast, you are moving in the right direction!

I'm one month post op and its still hard to do everything: Water, Vitamins, food, exercise. I think I'm still afraid of eating too much and am probably not eating enough. I'm down 25 lbs. I've only been walking waiting for green light to do more

Erica try liquid Centrum Vitamins. My surgery was on 3-19 and that's what I've been using. Also baby food is perfect they have stages to go through. I also used baby rice Cereal mixed w milk. You can make it as thin as you can handle. I'm almost one month out and I feel great. My side had been hurting like a sucker. But it's like it just turned off yesterday and now I'm good. Good luck to everyone and careful with a sneeze it burns like hell.

Deputy630 thanks for that info...I was sleeved 3/19 also and am a slow loser. (Wow that sounds horrible any way you say it) I have been taking two clingstones chewables with Iron. I didn't even think of the baby food...but is it even palatable and what kind do you eat so far? My nut gave us a HUGE 3 ring binder with so much info it's insane...but good. They said to eat oatmeal (not flavored, plain only) grits or cream of wheat/rice. But I'm not getting Protein that way...so I've been mixing a 11 oz Atkins shake with a scoop of Jay Robb egg protein in chocolate and it gives me 39 g of protein each time I drink it. The nut said its ok to do because it's not going to hurt me if I get over the 80 g of protein as long as I space it out and sip slow and still get my 64 oz of liquids. I'm having a heck of a time getting my daily liquid in!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
