What to buy? Vitamins, Shakes, Hair care

I'm on my journey to surgery. I am waiting until the summer. Right now I am about to start all of the tests Ect. I want to start buying things to prepare for after surgery. I've seen tid bits here and there on the forum, but I would like one good list. Thanks in advance all of you beautiful people :)

    Any beauty items besides deoderant, toothbrush, toothpaste and harirbrush are probably

    unnecessary, imo. Good luck.
