My loss has been really slow. It's totally because im still not hitting my daily requirements. I'm almost 12 weeks out and down 42.

What requirements aren't you hitting

I stalled at three weeks...and it lasted about 3 weeks. There will be more stalls then just that. I had one at a year that lasted about four months. Thought I wasn't going to lose anymore but then it broke and I started losing again. Just gotta role with it. When you stop losing start measuring and stop weighing.
