Equate brand magnesium citrate cherry flavor

It tastes like very salty jello. It took 40 minutes for me to drink 10 oz. I have another 10 oz bottle to drink in 10 minutes. I poured it over ice and it was better than room temp. To be honest I'm more nauseated than anything. I have to be at the surgery center for 8:30 tomorrow morning. I'm on my 4th cup of water (32 oz cup) and I've had 2 bowls of beef broth today for my liquid diet.

Thanks, I've got 2 oz left to go and I'm trying so hard to keep it down. My stomach is heaving!!

Best of luck tomorrow Mac! See you on the losers bench! I'm 13 days out have have lost about 15 lbs! 41.6 total and feel great. It is soo worth it.

I can imagine!! I only had to drink one bottle!! Two just sounds cruel...

But In a weeks time (after surgery) you will be feeling much better and these unfortunate things will be distant memories :)
