Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

Oh...just saw that you posted your height already. Lol! Great job on you weight loss :D

Y'all, thanks for posting the photos. You guys look great. I am truly inspired. I plan to post my own photos once my weight loss is more noticeable. Even though I am down 55 pounds, few folks have said anything about my appearance. It makes me think that I must not look very different yet. I feel really different though.....so much better. My knees don't hurt anymore. My feet are no longer swollen, I can bend over and tie my shoes without passing out from loss of blood to my head!. Small victories to some but they mean the world to me.

Hi post now!! Do side by sides- it took about75 for me to be able to tell but even if others don't say it out loud I'm sure they've noticed!!
