Is Medicare paying for sleeve in Texas?

I am a newbie. Had first visit with dr. On 2/21/13. S. Meet with dietician 3/14/13. Was told that Medicare will pay,but will know for sure after the 3 months of visits.

Do you know if medicare has any requirements about having to go to nutrition classes? If so how long? The lady who files the claims here told me that she couldn't find anything that says you need to but idk.
