Hoping to be an April Sleever

I finished up my 3d month of medically supervised dieting Tues. I gave my doctor the form and another form he needed to fill out plus he needed to send my highest wgt in 2011 and 2012. My primary care doctor said he would fax the info later that day. I called my ins coordinator at my bariatric ctr today and she had not received the paperwork. I left a msg on his answering machine hoping he would fax the paperwork today. She said she would call me when she got it. She did not call. How long does it take a doctor to fill out two forms? I hate to harrass my doctor but I wish he would fax the paperwork so the ins coordinator can send it to my ins company for approval. I want to be an April sleever. All this waiting is so hard. I want to start my journey to be a smaller me!

From what I've heard from other people it can take a little time. I paid out of pocket so luckily I didn't have to go through all the stress you're dealing with. Just take it one day at a time and keep your focus. Pretty soon you'll look back and realize it flew by. I got my sleeve in August and it still seems like yesterday.
