Question for those who have already lost a lot of weight.

I really just want to know for those of you who had this problem...

You know the line that develops from a fat roll overhanging over another area...does it go away when you lose weight? I just noticed today that I have it under my back fat roll (I've never noticed it before), but it is very distinct. If you have had it, then you know what I'm talking about.
