Im almost 5 months post op and my doctor says I should be over 1000 calories a day by now but I just cant seem to get there. I feel like I have to "snack" all day to get over 1000 and when I do I feel disappointed in myself for eating so much food. Its crazy that I think thats such a large amount when 5 short months ago that was ONE meal for me. Can anyone this far out give some examples of what you eat in a day and how many times a day
