Almost 3 months in

I'm almost three months post surgery and i feel great. When I started this whole process I was 343 lbs. I'm now at 257lbs. I was taking 2 blood pressure medicines and now I'm not taking none. I had a lot of problems but after the second month things got better. I'm still have issues eating because I learning how to eat again. But the good thing is i used to hate taking picture and now I like taking them because I can see the change.

Wow! You've lost 86 pounds in three months? That's wonderful! Congratulations! What type of food are you eating at this point? I'm in the preliminary phase of doing this. I go for the two hour seminar on the 27th before I can meet with the doctor. It's a little overwhelming, but I've got to do something. Continued success to you!

Blessings~

Congrats on the weight loss!!!!!! I feel the same way as you do I never have like getting my picture taken. I'm only 5 day post op. I hope one day I be glad to be taking a picture.

I avoid the camera at all costs... that's why my Chihuahua, Tia's picture is posted instead of mine!!!

Congratulations on your success!
