Marriot tijuana wifi? Midoctor wifi?

I know I read somewhere that the marriot is now charging for wifi, does anyone know how much and is it a one time charge or daily rate? Also is the wifi at midoctor free? Thanks!

    I left there on january 25th and it was free. I have read that people with more than 1 wifi device will be charged extra but I was not. My access code worked for both my phone and laptop.
