  • I didn't pick a BMI I let my body tell me when I felt truly comfortable in my skin. Good advice "take it as it comes". Just relax, follow your plan (find one that works for You!), and last stay off

I had a number in mind....the nutrionist gave me a number that was HIGHER than what my goal was...so, I figure I will just take it as it comes and see who ends up being right! Ha ha!

Just relax, follow your plan (find one that works for You!), and last stay off the scale try to weigh monthly.

My Dr. asked me how much I wanted to lose and what my goal weight should be. We went from there. I took a weight that was in the middle of the BMI range for me. It isn't a weight that I have been at in a very long time and was exactly 100 lbs from where I started from.
