Dr. Felts in Richardson, TX

Have any of you used him?:) I am scheduled to have my lapband put on November 20 by him. I tried finding information about him on the Texas Medical Board site, but he is still listed at his last place in Jacksonville, Texas as a general surgeon. I guess I am getting nervous and just don't want to be one of his first bands. I could really use any information you have, because I am a selfpay and will not be able to afford this again, if I have problems. This is my one shot.
