I have the same issue. I brush my teeth repeatedly throughout the day to try to brush the taste from my mouth and tongue. Mine is worse in the middle of the night and morning. I have sinus issues, so that adds to it. I still do not "eat" much, and am just starting my pureed food stage, so in the morning my stomach is virtually empty and I am nauseous. Anyone with feedback for us, thanks!

So sorry you are having this horrible experience. Sounds like you may be experiencing some acid reflux. It's important to talk to your doctor about this. My doctor recommended a once daily dose of an over the counter proton pump inhibitor (Prilosec). I have not had any problems since. Wishing you the best on your journey!!

I take Protonix RX for 6 months now. this is a new symptom....long history of complications. I am asymptomatic which is good and not at risk for esophogeal issues at this point. not eating - tube feeding, which my body is handling just fine. who knows?? it is just yucky.....(10# to go, but i might change it from 140 to 135 when i get healthy.)
