    Have you or are you planning to go to Mx? If not i wouldn't worry about it.. We only need a passcard to get in and out of TJ.. Nothing to do with a passport .. If someone doesn't have their passcard but does have their BC/DL that's something they need to confirm with their patient liaison or proper authorities before traveling I would think .. All I know is I'm sure it will work out for all of us.. So exciting!
