Blood sugar spikes with Miralax?

Hello all,

Had terrible blood sugar levels before surgery despite being on meds. Afterwards they totally corrected to below 100 (ie, normal) without meds. Took miralax for the first time about an hour ago and they are measuring almost 180. Anyone else have any experience with this? If so, any advice (especially if you have received input in this from a doc?)
