Alternatives to high protein soy-based foods?

I love getting 20g of Protein in a veggie burger but am resistant to eat a lot of soy since it's been linked to breast cancer.

Any other big protein for small quantity foods out there that don't have soy?

Costco carries a Carmelized onion chicken burger - 22 gm of protein, and very good (brand is Amylu). They also have chicken sausage with apple and gouda, I think 16 gm of protein.

Costco also has frozen salmon patties 20 grams protein...

Just bought them and even the kids liked them !!

Greek Yogurt has a great Protein bang for calories. Fage 0 has 23 grams of protein and 130 calories in a cup.

Lowfat cheese sticks are good too. 3 sticks have 24 grams of protein for 180 calories.

For meat, chicken and turkey breast have the highest levels of protein per ounce.
