Any Febuary 2012 sleveers out their? Wanna know how you are feeling now? With the BIG 1 year coming up? Are you happy or do you have any regrats?

I'm thrilled to say that with the one year coming up I've hit my goal weight. Any regrets..... No way!!! I just miss chucking down some thing to drink. That's about it :-)

    Congrats & Good luck ! I just had mine on the 14th and the biggest pain was the gas. The best advice I can give for gas is move around and walk to loosen the gas and burp! I was in pain till I listened and got up for a walk after that it all fell into place and life was good!
