Kashi Protein Calculator - How much protein is right for me?

I came across this today and gave it a try. It gave me an obscene (meaning way more Protein than I could consume in a day) protein recommendation.

What do you folks make of this?

I feel like nutrition recommendations from a commercial cereal company can safely be disregarded. Lol. Its Kashi, not John Hopkins University lol.

Very crazy. That would be 684 calories. I will definitely be sticking to my doctor's recommendation, also!

Its that kind of pandering that has gotten our society into this whole poor health epidemic in the first place. Which the "healthcare" and pharmaceutical companies enjoy financially in spades.
