Trouble eating?

I was sleeved April 19,2012 and have come so far since then (100+ lbs). My weight has literally just dropped off to a point my surgeon and I are trying to figure out how to stop it so I can maintain my weight for a few months. Anyhoo...has anyone this far out of surgery had trouble eating? Just recently I have had trouble eat where it just hurts to eat sometimes. I have talked to my dr about it, I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them? Thanks guys!

So what is the secret to your success?? Do u exercise alot? Great job!

If I don't chew enough and eat real slow it hurts to eat, I am almost 6 months out.

Thank you ladies :) I used to walk ALOT but I'm restricted to weights right now. I'll try eating slower and see if that helps. Even though its been since April I still have a hard time with slowness because I'm always on the go.

Eating too fast and not chewing can lead to painful eating. I'm guilty of doing all these things because of old habits but eventually I know my stomach will be able to handle more.
