How are you tracking?

Hello everyone,

I will be 2 weeks post op tomorrow and I was wondering if you could throw out ideas on how you are tracking taking your vitamins, protein shakes, water/liquid intake, mushy food, etc?

I downloaded mfp. To add friends it's says contacts Facebook or email. I can't seem to search by username. Do you know how?

I also use myfitnesspal because it tracks everything and is free.

I watch it!! One time it scanned in a totally different food. LOL

Put the username in the email box. I had to ask too.
