  1. Need support/guidance. I had my first ice cream sandwich yesterday and afterwards I told myself "that won't happen again." Well today on my to ski I couldn't stop eating "treats" that were 190 calories a pop. They were s'more bars made by a friend. I couldn't say no to these things yesterday or today. I've noticed myself eating treats more and more. I'm so scared and disappointed. New Year's Day I went to outback for the first time and ate most of my salad, the sweet potato and steak. Now I didn't finish the steak and ate it later that night but I looked at my plate and couldn't believe I ate all of that. Have I stretched out my stomach? Should I just "move on" and not dwell on my thoughts is disappointment? Should I get really strict with myself like a pre op diet? Am I being too hard on myself? I'm so scared...
  2. Hi Can someone tell me if they experienced nausea and being tired 3 weeks post op? I don't feel quite right sometimes and other times I feel fine. The nausea today came after waking up at 10 and drinking my Protein drink. Then I waited and took my medicines. Now I'm feeling sick and really tired. Why does this happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  4. Hi. Help needed with the Protein balls. One scoop of Protein powder is 23g of protein. I need to eat all of it as a meal. Do I make one big Peanut Butter ball or many little balls and eat them all? Or Was your suggestion for people just to get extra protein in?
  5. Hello Does anyone have recipes for weeks 3&4 for mushy food diet?
  6. Hello Tomorrow is my second week. I am starting soft foods. I bought salmon and tuna in pouches. Single serve which is what I liked about it. Does anyone know how or what to mix with the salmon? Mayo, mustard ( yellow or brown?) I have no idea how to eat this lol. The tuna is easy. Ill mix that with mayo but I can't have hard food yet like onions so I don't know what to mix with the salmon. Thank you

  13. I'm 11 days post op and I am having a really hard time getting my protein in. Can you give me any suggestions? I can't stand the taste of what I once enjoyed chocolate pure protein ready to drink shakes. Before the surgery I was on a pre op diet and I had to drink these shakes. I didn't mind them. Now, I can't stand them. I'm only drinking 5 oz a day. My husband has tried making shakes for me and those are even worse. I don't know what to do. Melissa
  14. Hello I'm 33 and I need to loose an additional 100 lbs. I've already lost 26. May main worry is loose skin. We are in the same boat I think. We'll have to keep each other updated.
