  1. Slowish... 33 pounds in 7 months :-( that's slow!
  2. Hi ladies! Im slower then slow I'm 7 months out and well I've only lost 33 pounds total ;-( so sad! I'm 5'0 and staring weight was 204 I haven't lost any weight in 4 months now I haven't been able to see my doctor. I know I have thyroid and hormone issues. What can I say... I just hope I continue to lose. I feel like a total loser! Full of guilt every time I eat. Anyway it's hard for me to be on this form I can't help but to compare my weight loss with other hope it get better!
  3. 26 pound weight loss since surgery Nov. 13th. It's so frustrating I don't regret having surgery. I love my sleeve, I had lost 4 pounds right before surgery and so 30 pounds have really helped my small 5'0 frame. Hey! as long as the scale keeps going down I shouldn't complain. On a good note my body's getting enough time to bounce back. ..... Anyway happy Sunday y'all.
  4. I'm struggling with the same issues! I was sleeved nov 13th and I'm down 22 pounds. My body is changing but it's so discouraging I started working out and I try to stay with in 700-1000 calories.

  6. Yup slow slow slow! I think I posted it at least 100 times I'm 10 weeks out and I've lost 19 pounds I have lost inches I know my body changing but it's so frustrating. I hate the &$&?!@ scale. Hoping to get out of this rut soon! I moderate what I eat using fitness pal but I don't exercise enough I don't Drink enough water and I don't eat enough protein so what do i expect. Right?! Lol
  7. Hi ladies I too am from the area I had my surgery on Nov. 13th in west LA w/ With Dr. Casillas. He was wonderful! My surgery went great! I did all my pre op. in panorama. I have yet to try there support meetings I think I would be interested. Anyway, I'm a very slow slow.. Loser :-( I've lost 19 pounds but I'm only 5 feet tall so it has made a world of a difference. Congratulations to both of you on your surgery! And on your major weight loss
  8. Thank you TamaraS I think this exactly what I needed to hear I'm desperately trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with me!! The scale just does NOT move! I'm 10 weeks out and I've only lost 20 pounds ugh!!!!!! I don't regret but it's a real bummer to hear all the success story's and me stuck in a rut. Anyway thank you!! And dude good job!

  13. That is so great to hear Vanessa!! I'm almost 2 months out and well I've lost 20 pounds. so I totally relate I'm frustrated but it does help to get feed back from others that struggled in the beginning. It's super awesome to know your pleased with your weight loss!!! All your hard work is paying off!! Cheers to a new way of life!
