How are you tracking?

Hello everyone,

I will be 2 weeks post op tomorrow and I was wondering if you could throw out ideas on how you are tracking taking your vitamins, protein shakes, water/liquid intake, mushy food, etc?

I use lose it. It syncs with my android phone, pc, and iPad. There's a great barcode scanner and it will figure out the cals and nutrients of any recipe I input, so I don't have to worry about home made casseroles, etc. it's the best tracking software I've ever used.
