I want to just SCREAM!

I was sleeved on January 7th and this discomfort I'm feeling awful, the pain is in my chest area where my sternum is located it's like spasms,they are coming and going,I have them when I eat and when I lay down.Can someone please tell me what this is and will when it stop.

Took me 3 wks before the esophageal spasms stopped, I was a band to sleeve revision. Try to sit/sleep reclined, take slow breaths when they hit. It sucks but it will pass.
