I just need food ideas for post op week 4

assuming you are starting soft, cottage cheese, tuna and chicken salad, bananas, mashed potatoes, any soft meat, veggie, or fruit basically

I still have to eat slow, too. A meal generally takes me 1-2 hours to eat. The reason is that your stomach went from the size of a football to the size of an egg (direct quote from the doctor). There's just not much room in there! And besides that, you're still healing, so your stomach is probably still sensitive.

I had roasted chicken today and some green beans thinking I could eat this with no issues . I have to tell you it took me forever and I did not even finish it . You know I have no issue when it comes to eating potatoes and beans and yogurt
