Lost 74lbs but want help on how not to lose anymore!

I had surgery May 15th 2012 and I am 5'1 and weighed 206!!!!!! I am currently 132!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My concern is that I am a size 4 and I don't want to lose anymore weight. I am eating candy to maintain. What can I eat so I don't keep losing but small enough that I don't feel stuffed!

Don't waste the calories on sugars. There are plenty of sleeve-friendly healthy choices. Avocadoes, nuts, butters and creams made of nuts...whole milk and orange juice...you can always drink a bit more than you can eat, and healthy drinks that are also calorie laden are plentiful. If you need a treat take a teaspoon ful of EVOO, and a couple of ounces of avacado, and season to taste, take a hard, sharp cheese and use like a cracker, and snack on it through the day.

I'd increase your carbs, just until you start gaining and then maintain that amount. I've heard that's how it's done.

What a wonderful situation to be in! Congratulations

Do you have a nut?? I would def not try it with candy. Maybe even some full fat Greek yogurt everyday or add some heavier items to the meals your already eating (nuts avocado maybe 2% milk instead of skim)

I have also heard that there can be a 5-10 lb regain once you get to goal, so you might want to give yourself a little wiggle room.

I agree,.no sugar! Stay eating healthy, you may start gaining again. Talk to.a nut.

I totally understand that this is a real problem and you are serious about finding a solution ..and then another part of me is soooo envious!

Let us know what you discover works.

I am interested in what you will do.. I'm in the same situation. Thanks for posting!
