Port area hardness and pain?

Hello all,

I was wondering. I am about 5 weeks post-op without a fill and lately I am getting this hard swollen feeling around my port. I thought maybe I was eating too fast or something, but it sometimes even happens when I am hungry. It comes and goes, Does anyone else experience this or know what it means?
