Just threw up my flintstone vitamin

first time that happened. i had it in my mouth for about 5 minutes and blahhhhh. any recommendations for non-barfing chewable vitamins

Chew fast and sip it down with water. Do it quick.

Eat something with it. It's most likely the Iron in the Vitamin, it makes me incredibly nauseous! I find that if I eat some string cheese or something directly before I eat it, and as soon as I chew it all up, I don't have so many problems with it.

Unfortunately, my docs won't let me off of the flintstones until at least 3 months. I begged them to switch it, but they said no. :(
