New Special K Protein Cereal...

I just bought a box and I love it. It has 10 grams of protein per 3/4 cup serving. It has 7 grams of sugar per serving. Is that too much sugar? It is lightly sweetened with a hint of cinnamon. Combined with skim milk, that gives a pretty good source of protein for my breakfast. Of course, I was not able to eat a full serving, but it is a start.

How many weeks are u???

My surgery was November 9, 2012.

Taxicone - I was sleeved on 9/17. Down 64 pounds. For some reason my stomach is more sensitive in the morning, so I can tolerate the cereal or a protein drink. Eggs kinda turn me off right now.

My stomach is sensitive in the morning too. I'm gonna try that cereal. By the way woo hoo on your weight loss. I had my surgery 11/26 I'm down 17lbs. I'm a low bmi-er. Keep up the good work :)

I have enjoyed this cereal, and have it from time to time to break up the monotony of the breakfast rut. I would never have known about it if it weren't for this forum.

I love it too and I'm so glad I could eat something sweet and crunchy.
