Are you pre or post op? Is the odor something new or just something you need help with?

Chances are it's ketosis, keytones are coming out of solution since you are burning fat. Not only can you stink worse but you also have a funny sense of small, so some of MIGHT be you and some of it might be your sense of smell thinking you smell bad.

Try a mouth wash and tongue scraper to clean up your mouth which also helps your sense of smell too.

I hope you not smelling a odor from surgery sight? This could be a sign of infection.

Great to hear that! Possibly it is the body burning fat. I know that make for bad breath!
