  • Mine has been slow... but, I'm okay... I'm learning to go back to basics, cut out the bad stuff and get to goal.. No sense in living in the past or with regrets!!!

We are all winners in this!! Its hard to compare weight loss, I know for me it was bittersweet to see other people losing faster than me, but we will all get there in our own time. Keep on truckin!!

I have had a fantastic 14 months of weight loss. I accomplished my weight loss before my surgiversary and am very happy to say the least. Now it's staying on track and staying away from all the bad carbs which is really a challenge for me right now. I recently found my favorite recipe for fudge and have made it. This is the last year I will make it though. It's too tempting and I don't resist. So it's best not to have the stuff in my house. :)

Yeah.. I definitely have a carb addiction and my body does NOT process carbs well at all... I can't really lose weight eating fruit!! So, I've been slowly eliminating carby foods..even fruit.. and I will have to do it until I reach goal...

I'm better about being a slower loser... I know I have to get my butt back on the wagon!!
