  1. Yes, I have to say I would. I didn't even know I had high blood pressure and sleep apnea until after I started this whole process. Diabetes runs in my family, and of course I was avoiding that. But honestly, my main reason is that I was miserable. My self esteem was at an all time low. I have hope now. AND I have to say, I'm looking better everyday!! (notice that esteem is back!)
  2. Woohoo, using it now!! I will def post a good review!! Thanks!
  3. looking forward to the new app! Please let me know when to look for it
  4. I'm using an Android phone. I had no problems until recently, and haven't been able to log on since.
  5. I used to log in to this site everday at every free moment I had from my cell phone. I don't like to get on my computer (which I'm on now) because it's more convenient to use my phone. Over the last two weeks (seems like an eternity) I have not been able to log on from my phone. I can access the site, and read the posts, but I can't log in, read messages, or post anything. I try to login and it will alert me of my notifications, and then once I click on them, it takes me to an error screen. I can't even contact help or post to any topics, etc.... Please help!! P.s. If I don't respond, it's because I can't.....
  6. That's great!! I'm happy for you!! Congrats on your upcoming wedding!!
  7. Im not anywhere near goal, but pretty darn happy with my progress! Stats: lost 36 lbs, then measured, and couldnt belive..... Lost in inches: 2 off chin 1 off neck 6 off stomach 6 off waist 1 1/2 off ea thigh 1 1/2 off ea calf 8 off back/bust (ladies it was back not boobies!!) 3 off rump Measurements made my day!! Nsvs: Told twice this week to buy new work clothes, they are falling off!!! The up and down look I get from people that I know notice but dont say anything. My rings are falling off where as before I couldnt take them off. My new confidence!! Icing on the cake: more to lose, its only the beginning...it can only get better and I cant wait!!!
  8. Lol, thats whats up! I can't wait to put my dancing shoes back on!! Ill be saying that too!

  11. Oh my, handfuls? Just curious did you take Biotin? Only asking because I take a HUGE biotin pill religiously every morning hoping I can avoid hairloss. I have to cut it in fours and it literally makes me sick. Does Protein intake make any difference? Any helpful advice, please. Good thing is that it grows back. But I know that doesn't help right now! Maybe you can try a cute new style so it wont be noticable.
  12. I really enjoyed reading your post. Hope to read more of your journey.
  13. My cousin was sleeved by Dr Nick. She had a very good experience with no complications. Shes never said anything negative about him. She is about 16 months out, and is still losing weight. She looks fabulous!
  14. That happened to me too. It will get better within a few weeks. Our tummies have to slowly get used to our intake, plus they are still healing.
