  28. I used to go to zumba classes, but I do zumba on my wii at home now at least 5 times a week for 45 minutes. Also, I enjoy natural workouts like yardwork. This coming from someone who didn't budge before surgery!
  29. Don't lose hope! 42lbs is great! I know I hit stalls on the way. As much as it is discouraging, your body is adjusting and losing inches. Try taking measurements and comparing. You are doing great and don't worry, you'll get there!
