Things are going GREAT! EXTREEMLY HAPPY...

  • Popular Post

Ok I started my diet right after Thanksgiving. I was 310lbs. My sleeve surgery was 12/10/12. I have been following the program getting my vitamins down and more than the 80 grams of protein and 64oz water recommended by my doctor. Today I weighed 274lbs with minimal exersize (30 min walks) and wanting toward soft foods early. I have zero appetite but I force myself to consume the needed nourishment. I have no pain at all and im full of energy most of the day... im ready to get after the chiseled body I know I will have. Just playing the waiting game now. I was scared of the things happening to people, but I guess I havebeen blessed. Very thankful for everything yhat has happen to me... I got the nutri bullet and tried a superfood drink. Totally awesome and it blew me away. My fear was gas pain, but thank God I didn't gave that either. I am not posting this to be condescending but I wanted to share my positive experience with whom ever wants positive feed back... I hope everyone's experience goes well and anyone with problems I hope it gets resolved fast and pain free. Love and light to all....

I'm not get sleeved. Planning on February. So excited!

Congratulations!! I was sleeved on Dec 3rd!! I have lost 31 lbs and feel fabulous! I am about to enter the 3rd stage of eating as prescribed by my medical posse - which is the intro to more soft foods, including veggies, fruit and some fish/meats. This is the best decision ever for me. I am most excited about being off all of my diabetes medications and having my blood pressure meds cut down to only 1/2 of a pill a day!

I wish you continued good luck on your journey - and to all the other sleevers as well!

AWESOME! I got sleeved the day after you and have had pretty much the same recovery, WHEW! I think as important as it is to see the risks, the successes are just as important. Best of luck going forward!!
