thank you. i am one month post op today! i feel hood- but read some article that listed 5 dangers of getting the sleeve- kinda insinuating it is an ongoing risk. so - was curious. - thanks again!!

hang in there! even if you can only walk 5 minutes a day- this will help build your stamina and your strength will increase over time and it will allow you to so more. Consider B12 vitamin- it help increase my energy levels too . YOU GOT THIS!!

On Tuesday I saw my doc for my 1 month follow up and went to all foods except raw veggies and soft beads and I can only do super moist meats- I have focused on proteins - I gained weight . I am walking every day and no one has given meany work out instruction. So b- I am super discouraged :/ ugh!

Am calmer and heard from the Doc office- discussed symptoms- no apparent emergency but will keep my f/u with his as scheduled tomorrow . Thanks everyone !

everything i consume is dark i have trouble with water- not to mention the multivitamin with iron. - i spoke to a nurse friend Who happens to be a nurse where I had my surgery She also works with my surgeon time to time. She told me she didn't think it was serious and sine i am seeing Him tomorrow try not to panic

Seriously - worried- I have black stool and cannot get a car from my surgeon not sure if I should go to the ER -- doc office ticks me off -- it's all out of the blue- and my family doc is on vacation- hope it isn't serious! Uggghh

Onnthe outside mine look great - it is the inside that is not helping and crazy sore. I am older too so that may make a difference!!

Anyone else still having trouble with their largest incision and area around it healing?? It is hard to wear jeans, bend or lean forward. Yes it has been 23 days since my surgery and at day 12 I screwed up and shoveled Snow- i can only hope i dd not do crazy damage
