Triouble healing

Anyone else still having trouble with their largest incision and area around it healing?? It is hard to wear jeans, bend or lean forward. Yes it has been 23 days since my surgery and at day 12 I screwed up and shoveled Snow- i can only hope i dd not do crazy damage

I have 3 that have healed pretty nicely. I still have 2 that while they look better than when I first ad the surgery, they are not completely healed and they are the larger ones. They are scanned over but still pretty nasty to look at. I heard it takes a long time to truly heal.

Onnthe outside mine look great - it is the inside that is not helping and crazy sore. I am older too so that may make a difference!!
