  1. Good for you, glad to hear that you are going great. I had my surgery 8/21 I'm down twenty something pounds but after 3 days in the gym the scale seem to be moving up. I'm not sure what's going on, but at least it helped with the trapped gas. I am so happy I made this decision.
  2. I got on the scale when I got home after being discharged on 8/22/12.
  3. I had my surgery @ 3:30 on 8/21/12 and got discharged @ 3:30 on 8/22/12.
  4. I have a hard time eating and drinking. I feel full all the time, I get that oops feeling drinking water, eating jello even when I sip and take small bites. I am 2 wks post op and I don't think I getting enough protein or fluids.
  5. I'm 1 week out on phase 2 of my post op diet and this is my new normal today. Hang in there
  6. I'm on day six getting the drain out on Wednesday. Right now I can't stand jello and if I never have to have broth again that'll be too soon. Let's hope I can stomach the protein shakes.
  7. It's the morning of my new start. I was anxious last night but I'm ready now. Check in is 10am see you on the other side.
  8. Checking in tomorrow at 10am its feels like I'm getting ready to go on a trip somewhere. How did you feel and what did you do in the final hours before your surgery....
