Spicy strawberry Ricotta

1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese

2 packages truvia (or other sweetener)

1/2 tsp.strawberry(extract) flavoring

heavy dash nutmeg

Mix ricotta cheese, strawberry extract and sweetener. Chill for 1 hour. Add a heavy dash nutmeg
