too many diets to follow

Right now my house is a diet nightmare: I am on high protein, low carb post sleeve, my son is on high protein for body building (he lost about 60 pounds on his own and wants to keep it off) and we like whole grains BUT hubby has renal failure and is on the transplant list so NO whole grains, only white bread, pasta, etc. Thank God my daughter is healthy, no weight issues!

I hate to even think about making a meal....I wish I had a cook.

I'd elect the daughter to help with dad's diet. Your son and you are on a similar diet and your meals can pretty much be prepared at the same time.

My prayers for your husband that his transplant be soon.
