IM wondering if anyone else experienced hair loss with preop diet? I changed my diet last month to meet my goal weight when i meet thr surgeon at the end of the month. I'm down 10pounds but noticed my hair is falling much more than usual. I cut down my calories 900-1000 per the Kaiser program. Help! Advice please.
