Gas wirh dairy? Can i take lactaid pills?

I have always been a little gassy with dairy- but it is out if hand right now. Can I take lactaid?

How far out are you? I realized week 3 that I had a lactose intolerance. I would stop dairy and then reintroduce it very slowly to see if it continues. This way you'll know your limit. Good luck! :)

Ok, that makes it hard to stop dairy. If you have a hard time doing so, Lactaid makes a chewable. Maybe try that.
